FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is Miru?
Miru is a fluffy smart bag charm. Its long arms hug your bag strap, and a tiny mechanism inside makes its head move when you interact with it.
How does Miru react?
Pat its head or make a sound close to it and Miru turns to look at you, tilts its head, then shyly looks away. Every reaction is a little different, so it never feels robotic.
Does it move on its own?
Miru waits for you. It stays calm until you touch it or until it hears a sound nearby, then it wakes up and reacts. No touch, no sound, no movement.
Does it fit on any bag?
Yes. Its long arms wrap around bag straps, tote handles and backpack loops. It also sits happily on a shelf or a desk when you are home.
How big is Miru?
Palm sized: small enough to ride on your bag all day, big enough to get noticed by everyone you pass.
How do I clean it?
Brush the fur gently and spot clean with a slightly damp cloth. Never soak it or put it in the washing machine, there is a mechanism inside.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship the next day after you place your order. Delivery usually takes 5-10 days depending on your location since we have shipping centers all around the world.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
Is it suitable for children?
Miru is an accessory made for bags, not a toy for toddlers. Keep it away from children under 3 because of the small parts.
What if I don’t like it?
No problem! You can exchange or return your Miru within 30 days.
